London council sparks ridicule by promoting e-bikes to 'help women with home tasks and feel nice'
Kingston council put out the statement in an equality impact assessment for an expansion of 500 e-bikes in the south west London borough, but apparently lifted the quote from a journal. I'd love to know what the paper was!
