Reporters still struggling with how to describe drivers hitting walkers
Here we go with "Collision" which is a pretty weird choice. They avoided "Accident", which is good, but don't say "Pedestrian" until the end of the story, and never really mention whether the driver is known, or even if the car had a driver, which is becoming increasingly important to clarify.
